A PPP for revitalising downtown La Teste de Buch
Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring, with the backing of the Crédit Agricole regional bank, Aquitaine, on 7 November 2011 concluded a public/private partnership (PPP) with the city of La Teste de Buch towards the financing, design, construction and maintenance of its new city hall.
Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring opted to surround itself with a team that has recognised expertise (1) to successfully carry out the operation. A veritable operation to renew the city’s downtown, the public/private partnership equally involves the creation of new facilities and the development of two urban residential blocks (houses and businesses). The city hall is scheduled to be delivered in the second half of 2013. The Jean Jaurès and Gambetta blocks (in all more than 130 houses and flats, as well as a nursing facility for the elderly) should be completed in 2014.

Developer CFA Atlantique (Groupe Financière Duval), Assistant to the Contracting Authority ALAMO (Groupe Financière Duval), architecture firm Brochet Lajus Pueyo, landscaper A + R Salles, lighting designer Yon Anton-Olano, design firms SMI and Compétences Ingénierie - Maintenance of public facilities over the entire term of the contract (25 years) Cofely - Gambetta and Jean Jaurès block (houses and flats, as well as businesses), developer Bouygues Immobilier, architects Hubert de Folmont & Jean-François Camus, Jean Dubrous.
