Appointments to CAL&F’s Board of Directors
The composition of the Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring is changing
Michel Michaut, who has headed Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring’s Board of Directors since February 2001, is vacating the chairmanship in favour of Jean-Pierre Paviet, whose appointment was decided during the meeting of 14 February. Jean-Pierre Pargade is also leaving the Board of Directors, of which he has been a member since May 2007. He is replaced by Jean-Jacques Raffy.
