Philippe Carayol
Chief Executive Officer
Philippe Carayol started his career in 1982 at Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole de Charente, which became Charente Perigord following a merger with Caisse Régionale de la Dordogne. Having been director for the corporate market in 1991 then director of the sales network in 1997, Philippe Carayol moved to Caisse Régionale de la Gironde in 1999 as director of the sales network. He was appointed Deputy CEO of Caisse Régionale Charente Maritime Deux Sèvres in 2002. In 2006, he took on the same role at Caisse Régionale Aquitaine. He's in this position since 1st September 2011.

Bernard Muselet
Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of leasing and factoring operations in France
Bernard Muselet began his career in June 1988 in the UFB Locabail in Lille as a commercial manager. Account Manager at Factofrance Heller (1991-1993), he then integrated Natexis Factorem where he fulfilled the functions of Regional Manager in Lille. He was Manager of the Antilles-Guyane sector in Guadeloupe (2000-2002), Head of Corporate Trading in Paris (2002-2003), then General Manager of VR Factorem in Francfort (2003-2006). In 2002, he became a member of the board of directors of Natixis Factor, then Development Manager before joining Eurofactor in May 2008 as Deputy General Manager in charge of development in France. Named Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of factoring in France in april 2010, Bernard Muselet took over leasing activities in France in october 2011.
Born in 1967, Bernard Muselet graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce of Lille (Promotion 1989).

Philippe Zamaron
Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of international development
Philippe Zamaron started at LCL in 1982 where he carried out numerous commercial and managerial responsibilities in the corporate and business network of Ile-de France until 2000. Between 2000 and 2007, he became vice-president of the board of directors of Eurofactor, in charge of the development of services and leading the finance department, credit, legal, and IT department. From 2007 to 2009, he was head of the Mediterranean region within the Crédit Agricole SA Internation Retail Banking division. Philippe Zamaron became Deputy General Director in charge of international development of Eurofactor and of Crédit Agricole Leasing on March 1, 2009.
Born in 1953, Philippe Zamaron graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, he holds a masters degree in economics and an accounting degree.

Hervé Varillon
Manager of finance, IT, and organization
After having begun his career as an auditor with Deloitte then as a consultant with Peat Marwick, Hervé Varillon worked for the BNP Paribas group for 7 years, carrying out the functions of Finance Auditor then as Accounting and Finance Manager in different subsidiary trading companies within the BNP Paribas group, before joining the Crédit Agricole group and the leasing sector in 2003. He became Manager of Finance for the CA Leasing Group in February 2005 and of Eurofactor in March 2009 before being appointed Manager of Finance, IT, and Organization for the leasing and factoring sector in October 2009.
Born in 1967, Hervé Varillon is a former student of the Ecole de Management of Lyon and has a degree in accounting.

Dominique de Lastelle
Head of human resources
After joining LCL in 1983, Dominique first of all occupied various roles within the sales network. In 1999, she moved to the human resources department where she continued to develop her career, becoming first of all a careers manager, then head of the Ile de France Sud network human resources department and finally taking charge of careers management, recruitment and HR development on the national level.
Dominique de Lastelle is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques, Paris, and holds a degree in law.

François Rauch
General Secretary
After beginning his career in financial management with Renault SA in 1990, François Rauch fulfilled the functions of Principal Private Secretary to the President of Radio France Internationale from 1992 to 1996. He then joined the Crédit Agricole as Project Manager to the president of Crédit Agricole SA in charge of communication.
François Rauch has been the Crédit Agricole Leasing General Secretary since June 1, 2005. He is responsible for central secretariat, communication, compliance, and general resources.
Born in 1963, François Rauch is a former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure and holds a diploma from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris.
