The signing of the diversity charter
Signed in January 2008, its goal is to encourage businesses to “better reflect in their work force the diversity of French society and to make non-discrimination and diversity a strategic course of action”.
Membership in associations for young people from neighbourhoods deemed “sensitive”
Since 2008, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring has been a member of the association “Nos quartiers ont des talents” (“Our neighbourhoods have talent”) which supports young people holding a masters degree or higher graduates looking for work, who come mainly from neighbourhoods deemed “sensitive” and at a disadvantage for being hired due to where they live and their lack of network. Several managers of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring sponsor young people from this association to ease their integration into working life, coaching them in their jobs search and by giving them access to their network. Eurofactor was thus honoured with the awarding of the trophy for the 1,000th coach!

Recruiting and keeping seniors in their jobs
In December 2009, two majority agreements were signed. These agreements, whose main objective is to keep senior workers in their jobs, are focused around 6 main fields of activity:
- Recruiting older employees in the company
- Anticipating the development of professional careers
- Improving the working conditions and preventing strenuous situations
- Developing skills and qualifications and access to training
- Planning for career wind-downs and transitions from work to retirement
- Communicating know-how and skills and developing tutorial coaching
Recruiting people and keeping them in their jobs
Because “skills have no handicap”, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring administers, in collaboration with the Integration of People with Disabilities Central Mission of the Crédit Agricole SA group., a recruiting policy, to integrate and keep disabled people in their jobs.
