Philippe Carayol, Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring
Philippe Carayol began his career in 1982 at the Crédit Agricole Charente Regional Bank, now Charente Périgord following the merger with the Dordogne Regional Bank. Head of the Corporate Market in 1991 and then Head of the Sales Network in 1997, he later transferred in this position to the Gironde Regional Bank in 1999. He was subsequently appointed as the Deputy CEO of the Charente-Maritime Deux-Sèvres Regional Bank in 2002. In 2006, he joined the Aquitaine Regional Bank in the same role. He took up his duties as CEO of CAL&F on 1 September 2011. Born in 1957, Mr Carayol holds a degree in Agrifood Engineering from ENITIAA Nantes.
Christophe Vandenkoornhuyse,Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Development
Christophe Vandenkoornhuyse holds a degree from the Institut supérieur de l’électronique et du numérique. After spending eight years at the Atos Group, where he worked in the fields of customer relations, CRM and payments, he joined the Crédit Agricole Group in 2003. Since then, he has held several management and executive positions within the Group’s consumer finance activities (Finaref, Sofinco and CA Consumer Finance), both in France and abroad. He joined Crédit Agricole Cards & Payments in late 2011 as Head of Sales and Customer Relations and member of the executive committee for the Group Payment Unit. From early 2015, within this unit, he also headed up the ATM, merchants and business intelligence activities. From May 2016, he became Head of Sales of the new Crédit Agricole Payment Services Unit, and he placed particular focus on boosting the sales momentum of the Group’s banks for its payment activity.
Frédéric Madalle, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Operations
Frédéric Madalle has spent his entire career at Crédit Agricole. Starting at the Crédit Agricole South-East division in 1987, he continued his career at Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence and then Crédit Agricole Quercy Rouergue, occupying various positions within the Finance division up to that of Head of Finance and the Corporate Market from 1997 to 2002. In 2002, he joined Crédit Agricole Île-de-France, where he was successively Regional Head of Sales, Head of Commitments and Risk Management, and then Head of Marketing and Communication. In 2007, he was appointed as Deputy CEO of the Toulouse 31 Regional Bank, before joining Crédit Agricole Technologies & Services in 2009 as Deputy CEO. From 2012, he became CEO of Nexecur, stemming from regional company CTCAM, whose transformation he steered to make it a rapidly expanding national company recognised for its quality of service.
